VIP Loyalty Engine
RestoDash turns repeat visits into a structured digital loyalty program. At 3 visits, the guest enters the VIP circle and receives an SMS notification. At 5 visits, the VIP card activation link is sent; the guest enters only an email address to unlock the card and receive activation by email. After activation, total visits continue counting toward Silver, Gold, and Platinum recognition tiers.
Silver starts when the guest reaches 5 visits and completes email activation from the SMS link.
Gold recognizes guests after 20 total visits, giving the team a clear signal for stronger perks, birthday follow-ups, and retention offers.
Platinum highlights guests after 50 total visits, helping the restaurant protect its most valuable relationships.
